Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions,” or “Terms of Use") carefully before registering, accessing, or using the Services offered through the web application at neurolaw.ai and related subdomains (collectively, the “Neurolaw.ai Platform”).

This document is a legal contract between you (“You,” “Your”) and Om Rishabhdev Technologies Pvt Ltd., an Indian private limited company (incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013), with its registered office at B-24A Madhuban Colony, Tonk Phatak, Kisan Marg, Jaipur – 302015, Rajasthan, India (“Neurolaw.ai,” “Company,” “We,” or “Us”).

By accessing or using the Neurolaw.ai Platform, you:

• Confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms (including the Privacy Policy and any additional posted terms).
• Represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not barred from using the Platform.
• If representing an entity, warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Neurolaw.ai provides the following tools and services:

We may also introduce additional features. Changes to Services will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as available” for informational use. You acknowledge:

• Data may come from public government or statutory sources.
• Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal advice or establishes a lawyer-client relationship.
• All output should be independently verified by qualified legal professionals.
• We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites or advertisements linked on the Platform.
• You must use copyrighted content responsibly and in compliance with fair-use principles.

Upon payment or free trial enrollment, you are granted a:

• Non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Platform for permitted purposes.
• License limited to internal, non-commercial use.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or recreate the Platform or use it to build a competing product.

When using Neurolaw.ai, you must not:

• Break any local or international laws.
• Expose minors to harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Infringe upon others' rights.
• Disrupt or degrade Platform performance.
• Use bots, spiders, or automated tools without our consent.
• Introduce malware or malicious content.
• Launch DDoS or similar attacks.
• Upload unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute access.
• Harvest data or scrape content.
• Manipulate ratings or reviews.
• Take any other harmful or unauthorized action.

• You may opt-in to receive marketing emails and calls; unsubscribe options are always available.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

All Platform content—including software, design, branding, and trademarks—is the property of Neurolaw.ai or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use any proprietary marks or content without express written permission.

You retain ownership of your uploaded data and derived outputs, but Neurolaw.ai retains rights to its underlying technology and materials.

Neurolaw.ai reserves the right to:

• Cease operations or modify Services at any time without liability.
• Suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse.

Termination does not affect obligations meant to survive termination (e.g., IP rights, indemnity, liability disclaimers).

• Subscription or license fees are due as invoiced.
• Unless specified, payments are non-refundable.
• Non-payment may result in account suspension or termination.

• You agree to indemnify Neurolaw.ai (and its officers, employees, agents) against claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
• Limitation of Liability: Neurolaw.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or legal claims—even if advised of the possibility.

Neurolaw.ai is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, attacks, telecom outages). Deliveries may be extended accordingly, except for your payment obligations.

• We send notices via email or in-app messaging. Notices are deemed delivered once sent.
• You may send notices to us at contact@neurolaw.ai or via certified mail to our registered address.
• You must update us in writing if your contact information changes.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• The courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Disputes should first be emailed to contact@neurolaw.ai for amicable resolution.
• If unresolved after 90 working days, disputes will be arbitrated in Jaipur under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will be in English; costs borne per the arbitrator's decision.

• These Terms bind successors and permitted assigns.
• Failure to enforce a term does not waive the right to enforce it later.
• If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain effective.

• You may not assign your rights under these Terms; Neurolaw.ai may assign freely.
• The parties act as independent contractors and do not create a partnership, franchise, or employer–employee relationship.

• We may conclude separate agreements (e.g., enterprise contracts). In case of conflict, the individual agreement prevails.

• Neurolaw.ai may modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting or notification.
• Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
• If you disagree with changes, cease using the Platform immediately.
